Hi, I’m Marcela 👋 — a Startup Talent & People Leader, Culture Builder, and HR Consultant passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing teams that actually like working together.

With over 15 years of global experience in People Operations and Talent Strategy, I’ve helped mission-driven companies, especially early- and mid-stage startups, scale their teams and culture with intention. From clean energy to the creative arts, I bring a people-first, systems-savvy approach that balances heart and results.

I’ve worked across five countries in Latin America, the U.S., and Europe, and led People teams through high-growth phases—most recently helping grow Intersect Power from 60 to 300+ employees while shaping a culture recognized by Forbes as one of America’s top workplaces.
